Saw this at Michaelwood services on the M5 this weekend. It looked like an art installation. It wasn’t. I added to it and so did a few other people while we were there.

On the Sunday, 1 July 2007 something happened in England that had never happened before – smoking was banned in virtually all enclosed public spaces and workplaces.
How would we react? Would people flout the law? How could it be enforced?
